@hoppterr I agree with this. Lobbying and corporatism undermine the democratic process. Truly, more needs to be done for the people of Zimbabwe. They are suffering under this brutal dictator and the world has a moral responsibility to stand firm with them.

@JeffersonCato1776 its simple ..the american gov take back cotrol from the fed reserve , stop the lobbying of congressmen, stop allowing corperates dictating the constitution, stop the media control , and above all stop the greed or oil , you talk about the usa and foriegn aide along with humanitarism...where was this aide and help when mugabe was killing his own people in zimbabwe?...yet the usa go into libya for the same reasons..oh yes i forgot...ZIMBABWE DOESNT HAVE OIL RESERVES !!

@hoppterr I would not say america's exceptionalism stems from its inherent "greatness." Only in relation to other states does is seem supreme. I do not claim america is without fault. Wherever there are people there will be corruption, this pertains to all states. Many have perverted the constitution and government structure for selfish ends and this must be mitigated.

@hoppterr You say the economy is run by the arabs and jewish as if those are requirements to run a business or corporation. No political leadership will ever be perfect or wholly righteous, for man has fallen and perfection is not of this world. But the important thing is you give the people of any country the right to vote for their leaders. The pool of candidates may not be as large and diverse as would be ideal, but you do your best to hold leadership accountable.
