i was really surprised by this report because Chris Rhodes for the WSJ has amazing articles and gives good reports... i agree with you here.. he was WAY off.. of course he asked the right questions etc etc but he lacked alot of spunk.. i just think he was exhausted with the travel and not getting on their clock with all the reporting he had been doing.. and yes MP ROCKS!!!!!

He must have been so tired at that point- this must have been in the first few days after winning the 8th. He is goofy, but it;s cute. More than anything, the guy has single handedly generated huge interest in swimming and accomplished herculean athletic feats (there was Athens too!). No one's gonna forget the name Phelps anytime soon, and rightly deserved. Him and Usain Bolt were the jaw-dropping performers at these Olympics...and there were many great performances!

wow thats a really bad reporter. but i absolutely LOOOOVE MICHAEL PHELPS!!!!! im such a phelps phan and hes sooo hotttt!!! but what i really love aboout him is his personality. hes so humble and sincere and down to earth and hes one of those people where when he smiles or laughs it just makes you smile and laugh back. not to mantion hes an amazing athlete. gotta love him <3<3<3<3<3
