  • Hi Tamajinn - Yes, I would recommend a fork or spoon.

    If you wanted to eat them with your hands simply let the mousse set in the fridge. (Mine was done very quickly for the video and didn't have time to firm up). Alternatively, you can make the entire "chocolate millefeuille" ahead of time and place the completed dessert in the fridge to set until firm.

  • I like your style and manner, very non-pretentious!

    My only question is, the little chocolate "sandwich" would be eaten with a fork and knife, not bitten into, right? I imagine the mousse would just squish out everywhere and make a horrible mess!

    I always like in restaurants when they serve you a piece of cake or cheesecake with a sliver of chocolate bark "shrapnel" on the top. Classy!
