If you're wondering how to do it, then I will tell you.
First Pick from 12 to 20 stations (I personally use about 20 stations)
Then do 10 to 12 reps per station at 60 percent your 1 rep max
Then wait 15 to 30 seconds until you start at the next station

Then I go on a run after that....

That's how you Circuit Train, Circuit Train...

I went on a date with this one girl

So that very evening, I decided to go to the gym
