Hey curious who you got this clip from I filmed this a few years back in California. Mac went through the bag right handed then left handed. Just curious where you picked up the clip.
@dcheck1971 Very few users on tour who have been successful!?What are you talking about? Mac had based his swing on two of the most successful players in the game you moron! And every one who is doing well has a huge amount of the basic fundamentals that Mac teaches! do some more research before posting stupid comments!
@dcheck1971 ...but that's what I was trying to say; it's not an all or nothing thing. There's a lot of parts to S&T and maybe someone only needs that one piece to get them hitting the ball the way they want. Maybe they need more? Once you learn more about S&T you start to see a pieces of the pattern in a lot of the players on tour. They all aren't 100% S&T, but they do have some. Tiger must see something in it, as that's what he's attempting to do in his new swing.
@dcheck1971 There's definitely a lot of ways to hit a golf ball. The players who are at the top of the golf rankings are going to continue to do what they do because they have no reason to switch. They're playing good. A lot of the guys in the S&T stable are guys who likely wouldn't even be on tour without S&T. I think that says a lot. Then, you've got what Foley teaches which is pretty much S&T. Guys like Ames, Mahan, Jamie Lovemark, and numerous others have a lot of the parts. Cont...
@dsizemore81 the proof is in the pudding....there are very, very few users of this swing who are winning or even being modestly successful on TOUR. regardless of my limited results, Tour guys haven't gone to it. perhaps I did do it wrong, that is certainly open for debate
@dcheck1971 Weir is back with a S&T instructor now, though. I don't see how it's ridiculous for 99% of the golfing public? Nearly every professional golfer demonstrates some of the parts of S&T. Take the parts you need to improve and leave the rest. It's not suppose to be an all or nothing deal. If you weren't hitting woods good with it, you must not have been doing it correctly. I felt the same way before someone who knew what they were talking about showed.
love the style of the two gloves in the back pocket. i will sport that one day.
