@SnoweyMan111 No one really. You might catch a few testimonials of people who've lost weight on those Dance Dance Revolution games. I don't dance though. Too shy... Ok maybe at gunpoint. The repetition and pace in this track make it excellent for cardio exercise. Especially when you're fed up with the health club's Beyonce/Rhianna/hiphop trashy playlist. Trust me. You'll want to be hearing this or something like it when you're running.
