for the interested guitarist, This is a first video on a series of videos i will be posting to explain how to perform Indian music on the guitar without modifying its structure, and being able to render the ICM through studying the techniques used on Indian musical instruments such as the sitar, sarod, violin, and other idiomatic features of ICM such as gamak, murki etc...... and how to creatively employ the use of tihais through melodic ideas.everything is based mainly off of what Ustadji has shown me.

For the Jor section, first I will slowly show the picking pattern, then how i employ the use of it. this playing here borrows techniques from sitar and sarod, especially from my Guru Ustad Shahid parvez Khan. picking semi-borrowed from Ustad Amjad Ali Khan.
