Tutorial: How To Shampoo and Condition Relaxed Hair Properly

This technique is ideal for relaxed hair, based on the technique used expert healthy hair stylist Gina Rivera at Hair's Talent Salon.
In this video, I am using Joico's Moisture Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as Loreal Professional's Absolut Repair Deep Conditioner.

O.o that's lot of shampoo. It's not even good to shampoo and condition it a lot. Ur only supposed to shampoo and conditio ur hair 2-3 times a day.

@daniel41337 Thanks for your comment. This tutorial is primarily for women who have relaxed hair. Washing/conditioning hair 2-3 times a day is not at all ideal if the hair is relaxed (doing so would probably lead to excessive stripping of oils off the hair and possible damage, especially if heat is applied every time for styling purposes).
