Raw beans make great filler for all the weighted tools; I really like them for the shin and uppercut bags as well. Sand tends to be way too messy and gets everywhere. Nice videos.

First of all I do play Wing Chun,But I've train in other methods as well since I was 7 years old.I also trained in Ng Ga Kune,Kali and Jeet Kune Do.Just because I don't show it doesn't mean I don't know it. (Think About That.)
