@garrysxxmod it may not be cancer it may be a hernia , where the intestines break out from the lineing and push thier way outwars, it can be corrected by being pushes into place and sewn up in surgery, or it will just get worse, he is a very amusing man if he thinks it true tho, the 'aliens' must have took advantage of him after a heavy drinking session :p
