@triplechintracy hi i am getting the same thing it feels like pressure in my chest and im short of breath all the time its like i cant take a decent breath and it freaks me out, i get this every day.

@triplechintracy start running. it's tough in the beginning, but it helps. i was stressed out as hell when i was young, but then i started training, and all is well now. everybody needs explosive training and relaxing training.
