@Garciamrcool Well really it is extermination, since feral hogs are a huge environmental and agricultural pest here. Every dead hog is a score for the environment, and our native species.

@rhadoogurru1 Actually the dumb person is you. Pigs are invasive species & destructive to the ecology (top predator of sea turtle nests on our coast, for example). If you had any education regarding the environment, or biology, you would know that these animals must be exterminated.

Killing the sow is a great tactic, because the piglets will return to her body, and you can pick them off. Also, many may starve, increasing the effectiveness of the extermination.

I'm curious, if the pigs are a nuisance and this is extermination hunting. Wouldn't it be wise to use multiple tree stands and multiple people using as auto-loading rifle? Rather than just taking the big ones you could take out half or more of em.
