  • Was just catching up on some other videos and wanted to let you know you are doing great! Please don't compare yourself to others- everyone goes at their own body's rate.

  • Thank you, I know that is something none of us should do....but what can I say "I'm human". But thankfully I am over that & not worrying about comparing others progress to mine. I'm doing just GREAT!

  • Thank you, I really do appreciate the support. It's hard resisting the earge to compare oneself to others, but I do recognize that I am much better now than I was back in September 2008 & ofcourse I will be MUCH this September 2009.

  • Even though you don't know your weight loss in this video, I promise you I can SEE it. Seriously! Your face is so much more defined and that means you are carrying less water, fat and you are losing weight, girl, so chin up!! I would never say this unless it's the truth. Your goal of May weigh is a great one.. I think you will be pleasantly surprised! How exciting that you are having easier mobility, too! Go YOU!!!

    YES I'm so happy to move around easier, the water retention ball that I have on my right thigh has gone down soo much that even my legs are closer together.

    I just have to practice what I preach and concentrate on the good things.

  • Well I'm sure that every wls program has their own way of advancing on the Nutritional diet. Plus because of my inicial weight & former diet history with the nutritionist (of not doing as I was told), she put me on liquid diet for a month, now purees for a month & in mid May when I see her again she will put me on solids.

  • hey girl i know how you feel about how much everyone weight loss and yours is still staying.

    I'm sure you have lost a lot of weight already. when we think of how much we have to lose that can really mess with us. well why are you still on puree food? when do you more on to solids? well take care. I'm here for you if you need a friend. =)
