  • Governments do not pay for anything... The citizens always pay! Life might be better if people simply learned from history!

  • Of course, the Chamber of Commerce says its Obama's fault and the govt has to pay for it. If anti-American bullshit didn't come drooling out of Donohue's vampiric mouth like toxic sludge, I wouldn't believe it was really him.

  • Traitors and treason.....

  • Wake up Americans, here is why we have no jobs. There is Treason against the people here too. They rather have the cheap labor of slave wages to make the rich richer and not have to worry and get around labor laws.Traitors! Take it to the streets ,they love it with people on the internet,it keeps the streets clear.

  • Typical big business attitude -- Government should bear the costs, but corporations should keep the profits

  • Who are these apologists that think we have time to wait for BP to protect our shores?

This is a real threat to the lives of Americans, much moreso than terrorism, the 3 trillion dollar money pit we've engaged in over the past decade, and nobody cares.

  • Make BP pay for their on mistakes .

  • Another hypocrite idiot! Isn't this socialism? Where are the teabaggers???????

  • BP is responsible for this night mare. BP should pay for every penny of clean up. They and the government agency(s) who were supposed to prevent this kind of catastrophe should stand trial. A no man's zone will now exist for decades. Does this country presently have a government?
