What happens when the spine returns to its fluid origins? Bone is connective tissue. It is filled with fluid. What we are seeing is the the choreography of the fluid moving through the connective tissue called bone. Bone maintains its health through its flexibility and adaptability. Breathing from from the sides of the body, using lateral movement is aquatic breathing belonging to our oceanic origins.

  • haha, oh wow. "ancient primordial wisdom"

I do approve the exercise and keeping your body flexible, however the explanation is outlandish.

  • Hahahahaha this sounds like my bullshit artist's statements from art school. Nice wiggling though. Biomorphing, if you will.

  • Magnificent. Thank you for touching into the greater mysteries of the body and the sensual dance of the cosmos inside of us. Blessings.

  • youtube is off the chain wtf - i wanna laugh and take notes...bugged out

  • You approve? who asked you..

with that mentality your swimming at the shallow end of the pool!

  • Fluid? Or actin-myosin protein binding in muscle. Bones are minimally "fluid" joints and ligament and capsule allow bone movement....yes there is some fluid motion...some. not the overarching amount implied. Memory of fluid? stopped at 4.41 Basta

  • it would be in your best interest to meet Emilie Conrad !

  • this is poetic ,but simply not factual.

  • Who cares if the explanation sounds outlandish? This woman rocks!

  • Outlandish! Are you serious?! As A practitioner of yoga. martial arts etc... anyone saying this is outlandish...is indeed...outlandish, I was also an Aquarist for almost 20 years but the knowledge has not died, the way she explains the shark eggs ect...just gorgeous.

  • all the negative comments are truly sad, here. all this woman is doing is articulating what at any given point you will see the human body do. there is no training required for this movement people. pay attention to another person's skin, muscle and bone movement (which i suppose is just lost on some people) when u get the chance. EVERYONE's body does this, naturally. even by simply stretching and yawning. get in tune with your bodies folks!
