First day of two. London Fire Brigade are on strike to protect no only their actual working conditions but to fight for democracy for everyone else.
With a strong union and workforce united the government know that winning over them will be only the beginning.
We all should strike with them on the next one the 1st of November 2010

  • Yes right, so you want anyone doing their Job... obviously you haven't got a clue what this is about. Unfortunately the PR form the Firefighters are not doing a good Job.

This is a direct Attack to a very professional Workforce, with a very strong union. If the Government step over them, they will do the same with anybody else in the Country.

And if the London Fire Brigade Stop the treat of Sack, they'll wont Strike. So is 50% 50%

  • @tramtrackharry black power ,fuck u whitey

  • @The7of1 you realy are an idiot . with your spineless attitude no wonder people lose their rights . priceless .

  • @dimgwalltameibe fucking braindead cunt,with no spine .

  • Firemen's pay and conditions should governed by market dynamics like every other occupation, so when an army of high quality Poles turn up glad to do the job for 20k and no free pension the firemen will be faced with the same reality as the people who pay the wages, ie the rest of us. I wish they'd stop moaning and admit they're lucky to have such a desirable, high status job.

  • I can say that I don't give a toss for the. I know a few and they are thick.

  • There are lots of unemployed people some including myself would like to have their job.

Yes theres a loss of life risk but so is walking to the shops.

Im disgussted they are striking on bonfire night;I hope no child is killed because they are striking, obviously they (majority balloted) have no ethics.

& for firefighters to strike on bonfire night is like catholic priests striking during xmas

SACK THEM ALL! & replace with new people from dole que!
