I was unableto attend the 2010 Singleton Strength Triathlon on the Saturday, so i went to my gym - TORONTO BARBELL HEADQUARTERS - with a coupel of mates and we had a mini comp. the result, at an even 100 kg, was - Squat 285 kg [12.5 kg PB] / Bench 185 kg / Deadlift - 10 kg PB] / TOTAL - 752.5 KG [37.5 kg PB].
Nice squatting. Your technique looks heaps stronger than the last vids I watched. Heaps more explosive as well. It looked like you were about to do 6 reps on 260kg. Great stuff. Thanks for posting.
