Morris County NJ Personal Trainer Carey Yang demonstrates 5 power pushup exercises as a circuit workout to help you chisel chest, sculpt shoulders and tone up triceps.

Perform the following 5 pushup exercises as a circuit workout.

1. Chapping Pushup x 6 reps
2. Sliding Pushup - front to back x 6 reps
3. Sliding Pushup - in to out x 6 reps
4. Shuffling Pushup x 6 reps
5. Lateral Walking Pushup x 6 reps

  • Great exercise routine, Carey but next time, don't play the music while you're talking. Couldn't hear a word you said.

  • @swatidon1 You also needto train for "power". Think about as if you're tossing the dumbbells to the celing when you do bench chest press.
