youre paranoid and not sure of yourself? ami correct? you see i have a phobia about myself the way i look...its your mind playing tricks on you and when you take the pill you feel more secure of yourself ami correct? ive been on xanax and i can tell you any benzos will help in the beginning then when you quit the phobia will triple fold but dont worry it goes away you need to talk to someone i wish i could with you maybe we can help eachother ,im good looking but i feel like i abomination,,,

anyone know of a class action suit regarding benzodiazapines? My doctor put me on xanax and did not tell me what would happen if I quit taking it. I would have been better off if he had shot me 20 times or broke every bone in my body. I would have been better off if he had me unknowingly take chrystal meth or heroin. That is how bad I feel and have been so for 5 months. I would kill this guy if I saw him. How the drug companies, doctors and the FDA have gotten away with this is unbelivab

@dann551 Being hard on ourselves, contending with others and always thinking negative is very common. Expect that, but remember it isn't permanent.
