That is false. According to the Bible, the prayer of ONE person is heard by God. Psalm 37:4 says, "Delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." However, James 4:3 says, "When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. " So by delighting in the Lord, it means that you will have pure motives and faith that what you are praying for will happen. The Lord never promises to grant your every wish.
