i was using 2 of those filters in my tank and was always cleaning them and changing the sponges and media so i went for an fx5. how long have you had these guys?

i got rid of the two yellowbelly not long after that video but i have had the cod for about 2 years. i fed him 12 gold fish the other day and they were gone within 3 minutes but didnt have the camera around!!

nice vid, i would get rid of that aqua one filter, their good for a while but they fuck up too easy. What temp is your tank at? being cold water fish i wouldnt personaly have a heater in their as it would end up broken sooner or later.

temp is at 21'c. never had a prob with filters or the heaterand they've been goin for about a year and a half
