This video provides a demonstration of the Machine Lateral Raise. While seated at a lateral raise machine with your arms at your sides and against the pads, contract your deltoid muscles until your arms are almost straight out to your sides with your elbows bent. Relax your muscles to allow the machine to return to the starting position. Repeat until you have completed your desired reps.
This exercise will work the deltoids.
ok, good i just wanted to make sure i was doing it right. im lifting 190lbs on this. it only goes up to 207.5lbs. soon ill be maxing this machine too
