@spectred88 Fucking true dude

@Cheeseburgermafia So to him your life would be an arbitrary blink.
Be critical of your own beliefs. There's no room for confident ignorance in this world anymore. Frankly I have lost any semblance of respect for religion because of the way that I see 'believers' who don't question themselves. You can't believe anything if you don't think.

@starmanlover He was there before I was, before you were.
-
@Cheeseburgermafia Why does 'He' bother with you then? What's the point?
-
@Diimplexx Because there was a time when a good song was qualified by how much it meant - it's important to sound good + be enjoyable - but music is art, even art has a purpose; to share ideas, opinions and beliefs
Or at least - it used to be. And RID is one of the few modern bands who actually mean something, and try to say something when they make music.
-
If your God needs to be protected from the godless, perhaps your God is inferior to the power of nonexistence?
My God doesn't need me to protect Him. He doesn't need me.
-
Oh for fucks sake... Rid mean not being controlled by anyone!
I mean really, you don't need an opinion on EVERYTHING.
-
I think this song has a great message, about not being oppressed and made to believe things you don't want to. It's really empowering to listen to. For me, it speaks not only on that level, but the literal sense of not believing in God. That's just my view though. :) Plus RiD are KICK ASS at making freaking awesome music!
