hey thx for the video, i aswell am joing the marines right outta high school, i 3 more years =). its always been my dream to serve my country since i was about 6 lol. i never really cared what branch i joined aslong as i gatta serve. but i decided to go marines since no1 in my family has been one. my family has been in every other branch though.

in the video at the :59 seconds. My late fiance's picture was used for that poster. He passed away last year after suffering with PTSD. He was a scout/sniper for 13 years and ended his life before his last deployment. I love you, "Panda" <3

im so proud of my olest brother. he leaves in 16 day to go to the USMC boot camp. he is 19. i will miss him alot. after that he will be gone for 5 years.

2010 Feb 19 Lance Cpl. Joshua Birchfield 24 was killed by friendly fire when US security contractors high on opium opened fire on a squad of Marines.

The military initially lied and said he died while supporting combat operations in Afghanistan's Helmand province. He actually died in the adjacent Farah province.
