I pretty much hate kale, cooked and raw. But I tried this recipe today, and I absolutely loved it! Thank you so much!

I tried this recipe yesterday and my husband and I just could not stop eating it. It is a wonderful creation. I am completely hooked and I am so excited about our further endeavors on these raw recipe hunts. I added almonds which also gave it such a great flavor.

if anybody's trying to figure out what to do with their rough, fibrous kale then try this recipe. made it last night with olives, seeds and tomatoes and i'll never look at this vegetable the same again. delicious.
how many calories would a portion of this salad have?

@PbigPlow I have no way of knowing this but I'm guessing an average sized portion (3 handfuls) would be around 300 calories.

I love your receipes and presentation. The only problem is that I can hardly hear you.
My sound is up to high and still I can not really hear you. Any way you can make yourself louder? Thanks.
