its ok to dink and drive who right is it to tell me i cant fuckin drive drunk fuck them nazi pricks

@HHHdahman No one has the right to endanger the lives of inocent people and yes driving drimk or impared is insane. I don't have an answer. Take away their drivers license and people are going to drive anyway and probably without insurance. As tough as penalties are people still do it, perhaps lack of judgement, over confidence. I'd rather see a child molester hooked up to old sparky any they don't even do that let alone drunk drivers. I see your point though.

Yes. I realize you are sarcastic, but that's the only thing that's going to solve the problem.
ME as dictator. Be prepared. You're in for a bumpy ride.

@HHHdahman Great idea. Now what can we do about texting driving, cell phone use or any other distracted driving while perfectly sober? Just as dangerous. Yes, death to all distracted drivers, drunk or sober. After all distracted driving is just as dangerous as dui and can kill inocent children. Yes NOW is the time for MADD to re-establish the Gestapo and SS while the iron is hot. Drag them out of their cars and a bullett in the head right on the highway to serve as exanple to all other drivers.

Just 2 days ago i had 1.4 promil, i don't remember what happened, my car rammed something like a pole, thank god i didn't kill anybody or hurt them. It was a saturday night and everyone was asleep, i thought i'd just go for cruise around the block and ended up nearly killing myself and totalling my car. I lost my liscense, and i have an insurnace case that will haunt my financials for years. I was lucky, and i deserve any punishement that i recieve

Time for death penalty for drinking and driving.
-
yes it's true.
Oct 8 1990 was the date of the accident.
There was a loop-hole in the law:
causing death by Wreckless driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs was an imprisonable offence.
Doing the same, but called Carless driving, wasn't.
So she changed her plea from guilty of wreckless driving to careless driving and got off.
The judge wanted to send her down but he couldn't, even tho he was the most powerful judge in Nottingham.

My brother died when he was knocked from his motorcycle. He was 21. The woman who did it was 2/3 times over the drink/drive limit. She never went to jail. She didn't get a fine, but had to pay court costs, points on her driving lisence, suspended sentence. That's British justice at it's best.
