what an awful review. You lose all credibility when you say you'd rather have a GTI than an MS3. It makes zero sense. GTI's cost more, have 60 less hp, loads less torque, etc. Oh yeah and reviewer, many people like how the car looks so no one cares what your opinion is on it's looks. The interior of the MS3 is just as nice if not nicer then the GTI too.

@vt4ps3 Now before you getting mad i LOVE my mazdas. ive owned an MX5 and an RX7, so im a Mazda boy... I have owned both the GTI and the MS3 and as fun as the MS3 is powerwise the GTI is simply a better overall car. Its the Little things that make a big difference. The steering response is better then the MS3, the Trim, seats and Plastics are FAR superior. The Turbo is MUCH smoother, its better on fuel, and more comfortable daily. I could go on for a bit, but you get the point :)

How the hell can say that the GTI is a better car? That in itself makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. To say the GTI is in the MS3's class is just ludacris. Btw, it's easier to compare and contrast the new 2010 GTI and 2010 Si. cause they both produce the same amout of hp for 2010 and honda say it's now a more refined and aggresive car. Still without mods neither one can touch the MS3

1.- gti broke the weight rule, its even heavier than the speed

2.- gti has 210 hp on the front wheels, broke another rule, just like the speed, but the speed broke it in a better way, cause id rather have more hp than just 210 out of a turbo charged engine

3.-the speed3 was meant to brake the rules and still be a great car, even better than the gti, and to top it all of, its cheaper
