@AnnaleishaMae Hmm... I'm assuming a plumbing service could. There are also water testing strips that you can purchase. If you do it your self I wouldn't expect it to cost more than $10
Good tips, except drinking bottled water uses lots of plastic!!! Doing something like that is wasteful when you could use a good water filter or you could have your water tested to find out how many chemicals are really in it. It is always good to conserve.
