Increase the blood flow to the pineal gland, by both physical exercise with explosive movements, do kriya yoga and kundalini yoga. There are other methods, but I won't go into them now.

And I definitely disagree with the idea that it is wrong to become more active in your enlightenment as if it i in some way trying to "force" nature. Man A desires to become enlightened and does nothing but wait for it to happen. Man B begins to read the words of the masters, learns how to pray and to meditate, befriends healers and lightworkers, fasts and cleanses his body, turns off the TV and begins to exercise. Which man has progressed further down the path?

My point is, we struggle to put meaning and definition to what we are doing but we are all seeing through that dark mirror and one may be able to articulate his desires in a way that sounds noble, the other may sound frantic and self serving but we are all seeking the same thing, there is no "wrong way" to want to become enlightened, free, full of love, etc., so some of us create our speeches in order to sound very noble but that only reflects their ability to make it sound noble. =)

I am looking back at things I wrote many months ago during some really terrible times and though I am very much a different person as far as my consciousness goes and what I believe, its still a little amusing to see that some said I "got into this" for the wrong reasons. There are only 2 things we do as humans: try to avoid pain and increase pleasure. Altruism does not exist, we all struggle to grasp why we are doing this, some are just better at articulating but were all being called.

oh come on, does any of this make sense to anybody?? I have tried o understand all this stuff but in the end it really is like make believe, I tried my best to understand and get into it but its all subjective information with no basis in reality.
If all these lightworkers and human angels, starseeds, indigos are for real then why would a person like me who gave this stuff every chance in the world come up with nothing after a year of doing what they say to do?

by the way this time listening this video, i picture came in my mind where we was on some mission or like that, on one planet, co-operating. i dont know if it could be true or is it just my imagination, who projected this scene, i saw. you are probably been on many planets but try to find a common link with yourself and me..

We all been in ancient wars at least a lot of us.Memories come back slow we are born in cosmic amnesia you know. Some of us feel this is the last body we are in no more incarnation. What you see is true let in for it written in no book but in you .Before you go to sleep ask who you are and the answers slowly will emerge but be open from your heart.Since we fell from the dimensions (heavens) we are traumatised cause we´ve been hunted and killed many times for who we are.
