I don't use a double pedal. I don't even use a double stroke with my single pedal in this video. I use an Axis Single pedal. I'll try to make a better drum lesson video someday.

I've seen him play... there's no double kick... just a really tight triplet pattern.... kudos...

I guarantee you he doesn't even have a double pedal set up. I've met him an he is incredible.

He has a double pedal you can see it clearly right next to the high hat pedal. Like he explains though you can hear the three beats and only one pedal being used not quads (which sound very different) This is triplet is fairly easy to play although not cleanly at warp speed like the holmes does here in this video...

@pae04b i dont think you use a double pedal because this was fast, i think you use a double pedal because i can see it next to your hi hat before you sit down, and towards the end your left leg is moving up and down but the hi hat is NOT moving. so uhhh??
