http://sogood.tv Heather Johnston, a popular food vlogger, demonstrates how to make a warm lobster roll while on vacation on the North Fork of Long Island. (The North Fork is a great American wine region like northern California.) Heather pairs the menu of lobster roll, summer corn, and farm fresh salad with a local Chardonnay.

  • you can pierce the brain of the lobster

to kill it so it doesnt get boiled alive

by cutting 1/2 an inch down from the eyes

right through cutting the head off

it doesnt have to come off though

    boiling anything that breathes

    is seriously not thought through

fish shellfish animals of all kinds

    should be dispatched before cooking

  • You have a good point. I'm hesitant to suggest that method because it is hard to execute and I'm concerned about people harming themselves. Still, lobsters are not the only creatures killed while cooking. What about clams?

  • Okay idiots, this is a food video, instructing people how to make WARM LOBSTER ROLLS, THIS ISN'T A FORUM FOR YOUR SILLY DEBATES ABOUT HUMANE COOKING. GET OVER IT.

  • She should of kept the corn in the husk as well, boiling them instead of them getting a nice steam was torturous.

  • @signalrambo

LOL! omg, that was my favorite part!

  • Looks yummy Heather. Don't worry about boiling the lobster. That's why God gave them to us so eat up.

  • this is a grea recipe, I love lobster, and next month is Lobster month in California( I think ) so I'm surely gonna make this dish, it looks divine! thanks for sharing!

  • "Thank you, thand you thank you Lobster, and... ok in you go." LOL LOL LOL

  • @derekbegins now how quick is a milisecond compared to being bioled alive for 10 minutes....

  • dont wanna kill something so painfully ,dont eat them so they wont get killedby hunters who kill them and hunt them for US. killing things means pain. even if it's a 1sec death.(animals) evne if the animal dies withing 1 or 2 seconds,it still feels the pain for a few milisecond.

  • Lol some of you guys debating over heather killing a lobster using boiling method, just die. seriously what are you complaining about, chickens, mutton, beef, lobster, crabs, shrimps, fish, clams.ETC we EAT we KILL it. unless you dare to it the lobster when they're still alive.what we eat today are killed by somebody, they dont suicide by themselves as sacrifices for us to grab a bite on them.complaining over this is immature, useless.
