Its not "ribera" its "rivera"... The V in spanish is prounced like a B

OMG! My school chorus did this song for the winter concert last year. I could always tell some of the words were translated wrong, because I recognized some Spanish words, and we did the English version. Now I'm sure. We had to sing, "Riu riu chiu, hear the joyful singing. Message of delight the nightingale is bringing." Thanks for putting the real words on here, I HAVE to show this to my old chorus teacher! Lol! Thanks. :-)

I suspect there is an incorrect version published somewhere and I got it too - oh well (actually if you listen I get it right in one place and wrong in another)
