The Unions dont give a damn about the comp as long as they get what they say they have coming to em .You do the work they intimidate and run the comp into the ground .But NOOO it never their fault oh no cant be .Stay away from me you dont want me because I WILL speak up .

about 12% of our workforce is Union, they only have political power because their minions vote democrat without any thought process because their union leaders told them to.

Well of course it does. The ad guy was paid to represent the workers - even if not, addies are able to put a spin on anything they write, whether personal or for hire. They don't even have to believe what they say - you know, the almighty dollar. Or the almighty meal ticket. Boring ad.....

This spot tells the story from the individual worker's point of view, not just the employer's.

Watch out, the Union's are pulling your leg. The card check is a decoy. They really wont fastrac the Union process down to a few weeks, instead of several months. This works to their advantage in most cases, and the employer is blindside during the process with little warning.

Unions are a great idea, but their greed and ignorance is what is ultimately ruining some businesses. GM pays 70 dollars an hour due to the unions demands, Honda pays 40 dollars an hour. Take a wild guess as to who is more financially stable now. Their ignorance could very well lead to them not having a job. This is just another step in unions wanting to get complete control of a company. I suppose they're too incompetent to understand the probable outcome.
