Setting up a trail camera to get pictures of the local wildlife. Hopefully in a few days we will have some pictures of deer or wild hogs.

  • I wouldn't worry too much about the battery getting thrown away. When you return, be happy if it is still there, along with the trail camera. There are thieves EVERYWHERE!!

  • I serious doubt that by putting a screw/lag bolt into the tree will do any damage to the tree.

    Nothing worse than a camera chewing through batteries... gets expensive.

    Temperature has bee -15 - -20 Celsius and camera is working ok.

    More surprising batteries last months and take hundreds of pictures ad videos

    Moultrie is very well constructed piece of plastic.
