@krishnanunniprakasan that work is worse in India doesn't excuse unjust treatment in UAE, or elsewhere. in UK some might think it's ok to treat someone from India down because they've come from a poorer country, but if that happened they could be severely fined.

Don't forget the people UAE need foreign workers. The thing that you see as such a favour is a two way street, and especially considering their immense wealth there is no reason to treat workers poorly.
