Qatar controls Tripoli anyway. The NTC is a puppet state. When Qaddafi was lynched by the traitors, with him there was an African man being murdered as well. In the end the Libyan Civil War proved that blacks, in the African continent, are not really treated with equality by the racist Arabs. Qaddafi died an African, killed by outside Arabs and their NATO allies.
