Training is always great. But I'm bothered by all the interest in Solar Training that is driven by the huge amount of government money available to nonprofit agencies. So convince me this isn't another one of those grab the money and roll operations? Solar array installation isn't rocket science. But they'd have you believe it is!

there are free training videos available, people don't believe they're as quality as they are though, because they're free... catch 22...

Why are you so angry? Do you honestly think that funds are blindly sent to this organization by the government and they don't care what happens to it? They have links on their website that go into getting financial aid. THAT'S what the government is paying for. Maybe not everything is evil and malicious and maybe the US government isn't quite that stupid. Calm down.

What did you learn? Its a commercial for the school...? Dude I saw a commercial not a training video! If these guys really cared about you they would give the classes and training videos for free...remember they got the cash to do it from you the tax payer..what a deal right...get money for nothing thin charge us to get what we paid for already! NUTS,,,., I say NUTS... I own a photovoltaic company and this is crazy! WE already paid for the training so where is it?

Your absolutely correct I don't question the issue of training. I question the motive of it....how much has Boots On The Roof been awarded by the state and federal government to bring this valuable training to the masses? Now how much do you charge us...again to get this training. Remember the tax payer already paid you once...when the gov gave you the money...it was our money to start with so what's the deal...you tell me!???
