We stayed at the Westin St. Francis back in spring of 1984... a distinctive and beautiful hotel in a very special city. Hope to make it back some day!

Using the Internet to reserve rooms may well be superior to in-house reservations at the Westin St. Francis Hotel. My family and myself had a terrible holiday experience, at the Westin St. Francis in Union Square this Thanksgiving. We were maltreated by staff in reservations blindly doing their duty by treating me dishonestly and discourteously incompetently and emotionally creating damaging stress. Check out Yelp for details. I demand an apology and more.
