Van Jones is a great, inspiring presenter. If I ran a company selling bogus organic drugs, he'd be perfect.
In 20 dramatic minutes, he managed to say not one specific thing about his program or what he wants for the country. And the reason for that is that his program is completely unworkable and would, among other things, more than double the prices of all energy.
He lists every interest group in the nation - but what would he REALLY do for them, send them to reeducation camps?

They claim to stand for the american dream, the american dream was not to be supported by a large government, or completely fair with everybody, it was capitilism and the right to earn what you get in order to be succesful, not to be handed it. "Change the whole thing". So it turns out that this speech is nothing about environmentalism. It is about completely changing the society of the USA. I reject this premise because I don't believe that the USA is an evil country, as Mr. Jones does.
