Does this mean the KAM KHD410 is "unfit" for not using mass storage devices as advertised?

I have 2 KHD 4 tens, tested them with 2 old 1 Gig Flash drives in NTFS format, which perfectly work, if you watch my last video... then I brought 2 Seagate Free Agent 500 Gig drives especially. Copied and sorted my music on them (over 100gig), took me hours to do in order (in genres-alphabetical-filename, i.e
C:\House\B\Bryan dot mp3)... tried hooking the drives to the KHD's. and it sticks on SCAN, no File or F.SEL, and wont do sod all else, the skip buttons don't do anythng either. I even tried copying a few mp3's on the root directory, still nothing. As you'll see in this video, I also tried my old S A T A one in a case, 2 partitions in NTFS, the KHD recognises the partitions but when I select one with the music, it just sticks on SCAN and wont do anything else...... if I hit the Folder button, it gives NO FILE instead of F SEL, but theres 3 folders of music on the partition.. what gives?

I have just bought a pair of the KAM,s KHD410 last week and have tested mine with no issues so far :-) ...beats the hell out of taking loads of CDs if your Djing .

As KAM saw this video, they upgraded the firmware, its being tested and they will send me it asap. The 999 folders means only 1 deep, as in 1 in the partition, and not Partition/999/999/etc, which I do find odd.... I've just under 100gig of music, and without the ability to search on these, without structure, it's a nightmare

Now i also have two of these but it will only allow up to 999 folders and 999 songs etc..... I have also noticed that these like to freeze from time to time. Have you noticed this?
