  • I remember these days, lol. Wow, I almost forgot about them bad hair styles and extra big dress shirts, lol

  • Dancing to Vanilla Ice while being taped on national tv. How lame is that??

  • Hey thanx for the video.I Remember how Martha Wash was str8 dissed by Black Box. Glad she won in the end. Thats what really changed about music (from the 70's) in the 80's and 90's was that artists became hugely image obsessed. We all knew Martha was singing but somehow the record/TV execs still thought it would be better to use some skinny model chic. Just think if you turned on TV and saw some skinny model pretending to sing Adelle's or J-Hud's (before the weight loss contract)music.

  • @MikeHirsh mike 3what happened to camille, during her club mtv days she was so loosened up and relaxed. Now she jsut seems liek another plastic beverly hills chick.

  • @schildno5 LOL I thought the smae thing about milli vanilli, here they are singing in perfect english yet when tehy got on the air, they could barely get a word out. It was the end of the 80's and so music execs were like, "screw talent, lets just hijack peoples voices and put them on model bodies and make money.:hmmmmm kind of like now."

  • @FilmUrFeet its not 30 years later, yet, and secondly, who are you calling a moron? take a look at yourself in the mirror before calling anyone anything,.

  • man i sure do miss watching this show it was a classic!

  • Definitely, the best time of my life.

  • I'll never forget as a kid, I watched Katrin Quinol on Soul Train & I wondered HOW could she possibly have that voice when she didn't speak a word of English. I just felt something wasn't right.
