To all you christians out there, running to his defense, you have to realize that this isn't about him being gay. This is about the way he conducted himself while he was hiding it. He judged and condemned people for being gay. He was president of the National association of evangelicals. This is a group that believes you will burn in hell for this perceived sin and he was their top dog. His crime is not being gay, it's having the audacity to be a hypocrite of that magnitude.
