To sustain peace and stability, development of infrastructure in rural areas should be the priority of the government were 90 percent of Cambodian live. In addition, the land grab by rich and powerful individuals in and outside of government needs to cease or instability will ensue sooner than later. We don't want another revolution. The class war is raging in Cambodia.

Its a pipe dream lol With the amount of corruption in cambodia major projects like these will never finish. Exactly the same thing happened in Thailand in the 80's. The corrupt government will steal all the funds and then there will be no more money to buy the material to build or even hire the work force lol. The only way for Cambodia to develop is to remove corruption. Not gonna happen.

yes cambodia is really improving. Its only a shame that many people are robbed because of building this kind of buildings. The poor people with their own small piece of land get robbed because the goverment take their land. They get really not enought money for it and they have to move. They don't know where to go.

And thats supposed to be 2015? I was in Phnom Penh for about 6 weeks from july (09) on and hell... Didnt look anything like that with only 6 years left and anyways? Who is supposed to live there? All the people that just lost their jobs in the textile companys? Fuckin' hell, improve the life of the ordinary people before you start planning this kinda nonsense... Especially if you take ppls land wihthin the city without paying anything or almost nothing...
