Deb Z, from Rubber Stamp Plantation (www.RubberStampPlantation.com), is showing you how to use the Twinkling H2O's.

These amazing watercolours are produced by LuminArte, Inc. For those of you who like to paint these shimmering little pots are just bursting with colour. Twinkling H2Os are cake watercolours that come in individual pots but are sold in sets . They also come in two sizes, by buying the smaller pots you do in effect get 'twice as many colours for your money! Once you have tried these you'll want them all!! There are manyl pearlescent watercolours on the market, there are none to match the hues and vibrancy of the Twinkling H20 range. Use the iridescent colours on dark card or use them to lighten other colours, or just use to highlight areas Mix them on a palette -- the uses are endless. How did you ever manage without them?
