I think you're probably a poorly educated, lower class, black male, who probably doesn't understand basic math, and it pissed off that Verizon didn't credit you some few hundred dollars in overage. Maybe if you learned to keep track of your minutes rather than phone-sexing with your boyfriend during peak hours, you wouldn't have this problem.

Anybody who says he's dumb or 'what a waste' for torching the phone, recall how many people just throw their old phones away for fashion.
He makes a good point, Verizon has good cell coverage in my area and everything else horrible, that is knowledgeable customer service, honest customer service, prices, and reliability. All horrible. Verizon leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
