Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is one of the most famous phrases in the United States Declaration of Independence. These three aspects are listed among the "inalienable rights" of man. The last time I checked, life implies the "basic human right" of health care. The Constitution guarantees the rights of life, liberty, and property in the 5th Amendment to the Constitution, and then again in the 14th Amendment.

Very well said. We pay a high price to get that right here in europe (since some decades) and they (ya know who) aer still tryin to snatch it. But no way we the ppl let that to happen. If there's no social security then your life isn't yours cos any debt for medical care becomes in slavery.
