WILD YEAR RETRO ▅ ▆ ▉ My 2011 Makeup Demo

Wild Year Retro is an original makeup look that sprung into my mind ... I wanted to create something out-there and crazy with electric blue and hot magenta pink colors and something futuristic-looking -- this is what it came out to be. I pulled inspiration as you can see from mainstream media such as TRON and surely you can see some Ke$ha influence, ha! Of course, this look was made purely for art and for fun which is why it is not a tutorial but instead ... a demo of speediness and no narration and wildness. This is also what I count as my first "new year's look" hehe. It's supposed to look like a glittery party exploded onto me.

There's also a little surprise at the end of this video for you ~ just a little somethin' somethin' unexpected to sum up my 2011 for your eye's enjoyment and to share with you some of my other works outside the makeup realm.

I hope you enjoy this video I really hope you do -- this one took quite an extra bit of effort and time to put together. Thank you always for all your patience, support and encouraging words. Love you and cheers to many new experiences and creations in 2012! Stick with me, okay? ;)

Second of all I apologize this video is muy late -- I was supposed to upload this 2 days before New Year's but just a few days before that I broke my hard drive losing this file and a handful of all the Halloween tutorials I was still working on :( Unfortunately I only have snippets or snapshots of the lost Halloween tutorials: (L4D Hunter, Zombie Clown, Van Helsing Dracula's Bride, Sugarpill Inspired Look, Zebra Finch Inspired Look) and I was only able to get this file back because by surprise, I found the file backed up on another one of my hard drives. I may get the lost files back if I can afford to get my hard drive repaired (or if it can be repaired at all even if I had the money right now) but I might end up having to refilm them or just move onto new projects. I really apologize :( I was more upset about it than you know but it's my fault for being careless with my hard drive!

For those wondering about the results of the Tim Burton makeup contest -- unfortunately nope, we don't have the winners yet! I went through 100 entries over my winter break and I was taking screenshots of each and every single entry and even getting some video footage from each entry (I want to make a big video collage of everyone's entries for the announcement video!) but ..... I lost all of those because those were stored on my (broken) hard drive :( GAH! However, the judging will still go on, it just means I have to start over. Ugh. Again, my fault. But don't worry ... it's up there on my priority list. There's just so much to do and create! But it'll be worth the wait, I promise. Remember, I took a longgg time to put this contest together so while I'm hurrying to get things done, I do still want to end the contest with the same amount of quality & thought that I put into creating the contest in the first place. And remember ... there's 490 entries I must go through! xD

@superanythingyouwant Despite the fact you seem to expect some high standard to your choosing from each of my videos your comment was rude. "Crap" is what plops into the toilet during your breaks from commenting on yt videos. This thing took a bit more effort than that I assure you. If you really felt this look could've been improved you could've given more helpful and at least respectable criticism than that.
