Though this video is of five years back, Majuli island has not improved on its problem of getting slowly on extinction path due to flood & erosion by the river Brahmaputra, It is due to government apathy & shortage of fund or any scientific approach to solve flood problem.

To save majuli the assamese government must start being true to there people and the people must help themselves
