Bravo!!

This obviously appeals to a wide audience, however the lack of correct technique prevents it from being a successful musical performance. For instance, one can tell by the hollow sound of his voice that he is not using his diaphragm to the best of his ability. Fairly enjoyable but his voice is not quite suited to this style, maybe he should stick to pop? Overall, not quite up to the standards of other countertenors.

What an excellent voice for this!

@gberthenson I read several of your comments regarding other videos. I read your complimentary comment regarding the young man who sang O Holy Night. I then started to listen to the music but just would not suffer my ears to hear to such terrible, awful, hideous music. The piano was incredibly out of tune and the pianist was absolutely dreadful. I've heard little kids play better than that adult woman. Then, here you write that "this was bad!" ????

God this was bad! I love countertenors, but this was like wet spaghetti. I've heard boy altos with better voices.

I prefer hearing this song in baritone but his was very well done!

Matt this is amazing, well done! Can I make a request for your next performance in the classical genre: Britten's Serenade for Tenor, Horn and Strings... Beautiful Piece + Your Beautiful Voice = Heaven!

I am amazed how wonderful of a range your tremendous voice has...mesmerizing...kudos
@Papermoon: quite kind of you, man. I wonder if Handel had any idea we'd be performing his music these hundreds of years later?
