isn't a tuner built in? Oh, there is. Then use it. ^^

@yonkeythedonkey Wah works well in front of the Nova. If your wah pedal doubles as a volume or expression pedal, you can also use it to control effects parameters on the Nova.
-
@mitrismaster02 The Nova System's pitch shifter is continuously variable within a range from one octave below to one octave above, with each of the two voices adjustable independently in either direction. You can also adjust the panning, delay time, repeats, wet/dry mix, and output level separately for each voice.

@TavernacleRecords Update: I received my Nose Blue expression pedal (found on ebay). It is a tiny thing with a single foot-controlled rotary knob instead of a rocker pedal. I love the design and am actually finding I prefer it over a rocker pedal. However, it seems to have an inconsistent taper when used to control certain parameters (e.g. pitch shift). Using the same calibration steps on the Nova, the usable range of the Nose knob's travel varies from full-range to about 30%. Strange.

How have you got the wah routed? Just in front of the Nova? I don't see an external fx loop on the Nova. Thanks

@reallybored32 Glad to hear it! I keep discovering more and more amazing sounds I can get out of it. I also got a Boss RC-300 loop station at the same time, and I am in heaven!!! Now I'm just waiting for my Nose Blue expression pedal to arrive for the Nova.

@TavernacleRecords thanks man! i ended buying a nova system and haven't looked back!

@reallybored32 I should clarify that I play similar styles as you, and have always preferred to have my guitar and amp give me 95% of my sound without effects. With the Nova, I find the sound of both of my tube amps (which I love) gets even better. The compression and drive from the Nova really enhance the tones that are already there, rather than masking or replacing them. All I really cared about were chorus, delay, and tremolo, but I am discovering useful sounds I hadn't imagined before.
-
@reallybored32 I just got my Nova System, and I love it! The best thing I can tell you is that if the Nova has the effects you want, then you will like the sounds it offers. I've never heard anything from Line 6 that could touch the sound quality of the Nova. Using the Drive input, I think you would like the way the Nova would push your Marshall. I've even put a GFS Bluesdrive and a GFS Black Hammer in front of my Nova, & my amp's drive just gets sweeter even with all 3 going into the front.

It would be nice if they did patch "Toneprints" for this badboy like they do for their stomps
what's your pedal board?

@Jeshow1983 I believe here the pedal board was a Gator board.

Hey man please respond! i need some help to choose between this and the line 6 m13. i play lots of classic rock, and progressive rock, like rush, EVH, yes, led zepp, and some occasional gnr stuff. i have a strat and a marshall jcm 800 which i love the drive on. which is better if i want the use the drive on my amp and still use the effects and OD from the pedal. THANKS!

@reallybored32 I had the M9 and, for me, variety wasn't the spice of my life. If you want a really good sounding, core set of effects I would say go with the Nova System. If you want a ton of effects in your arsenal, some good some not-so-good, then go with the M13. I'd also give an edge to the M13 if you need several different pedalboard configurations (scenes in the Line6 world). For me, I pretty much play with the same kind of sound for most of my stuff.

I can't find on any video using the nova system pitch shifter for other than octaves. Can you adjust the two voices to thirds, fourths ect, get some metal type harmonies or even queen type harmonies? Cheers

@mitrismaster02 I've not seen the shifter used this way. Possibly though
